His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense has sent a cable of condolences to President Mohammad Abdul Hamid of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as a fire ripped through buildings in a historic district of Bangladesh's capital, Dhaka, resulting in deaths and injuries. In his cable, HRH the Crown Prince said: "I have learned of the news of the blaze took hold in the Chawkbazar area in Dhaka and resulted in a considerable number of deaths and injuries. I express my sincere condolences to Your Excellency and the families of victims, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery."
