Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, here as part of the accompanying delegation of HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, during his current visit to India, announced today in New Delhi, India, the establishment of a chair after the name of the artist "Ibrahim Al-Qadi" to celebrate and appreciate his artistic and creative contributions in India. The Minister of Culture said "the pioneering work provided by Ibrahim Al-Qadi opened wide horizons in the fields of theater and arts in India, to have a great appreciation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." Ibrahim al-Qadi (94 years old) was born to a Saudi father and one of the most important pioneers of Indian theater.
