The Director of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Islamic Center in the Cameroonian capital Yaounde, Sheikh Antar bin Mohammed AlHazmi has expressed his thanks to The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense for the directives to expand the Center at the expense of the Kingdom under the auspices of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance. The Center's expansion has been co-opened by Advisor at the Royal Court, Member of Senior Scholars Council Sheikh Dr. Saad bin Nasser Al-Shathri, and Imam of the Prophet's Holy Mosque in Madinah Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Baeijan, Sheikh AlHazmi said in a statement that the center will contribute to embracing Islam by more people of Cameroon, because of the warm welcome and good treatment within the center, especially in the holy month of Ramadan, where the center provides breaking-fast meals for Muslims and non-Muslims from the people of Cameroon. He explained that expansion works included nine classrooms, a celebration hall, a women's prayer hall, a large breaking-fast kitchen during the holy month of Ramadan and renovation of the center's mosque. He added that the center is located on an area of 10,000 square meters, and includes an elementary school, and a kindergarten. He pointed out that the number of employees of the center is 52 employees.
