Speaker of Saudi Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh and his accompanying delegation arrived yesterday in Abu Dhabi on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, at the invitation of the Federal National Council's Speaker Dr. Amal Abdullah Al-Qubaisi, during which they will meet with a number of senior officials in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Al-Qubaisi said in a press statement that the visit comes as a true translation of the cooperation relations and strategic partnership between the two countries, which are at their most historic stages and witnessing an unprecedented prosperity that reflects the visions of the two countries' leaderships and their full understanding of various issues at Gulf, regional, and international levels. She also said that this visit reflects deep-rooted relations promoted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Al-Qubaisi welcomed the visit of the Saudi Shura Council's Speaker, pointing to his keenness to strengthen relations between the two countries and enhance joint parliamentary relations.
