More than 100 bodies have been exhumed from a mass grave near the eastern Bosnian town of Bratunac, an official of the Bosnian State Commission on Missing Persons confirmed Tuesday. Murat Hurtic said 110 bodies had been recovered during a two-week period up to Monday from the grave at Bljeceva, near Bratunac. The victims were executed in the village of Glogova and a primary school in Bratunac in May 1992, soon after Bosnian Serb troops captured the area in the early stages of the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia- Herzegovina, Hurtic said. Forensic experts plan to continue the exhumation of the grave for another four to five days, he added.
