Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues on local, regional, and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper said in its editorial that the Saudi government continues its policies to combat corruption, upon the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Anti-corruption regulations will be followed, and the corrupts will be prosecuted according to these strict regulations, which will increase the growth of Saudi economy. Okaz said in its editorial that as a result of the Houthi's intransigence, and the lack of implementation of the agreements, the Yemeni government called the United Nations to uncover the perpetrators of the Stockholm agreement and to open safe corridors for the humanitarian relief convoys, demanding that they take deterrent measures against the Houthi militia. They strongly criticized what they called silence of the international community and the United Nations towards the actions of the militias against the operation of relief. Okaz concluded by saying: The United Nations and its representatives in Yemen must stand firm against all violations and acts of terrorism carried out in Yemen by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia and take deterrent measures against them in order to safeguard the credibility and reputation of this international organization.
