Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama attended here today the signing ceremony of two agreements and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Albania. A memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of tourism was co-signed by Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khatib and Albanian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sami Shiba. An agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income was co-signed by Minister of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan and Albanian Minister of Economy and Finance Anila Denaj. An agreement for cooperation in the field of air services was co-signed by Minister of Transport and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation Dr. Nabil bin Mohammed Al-Amoudi and Albanian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sami Shiba. The signing ceremony was attended by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region; Prince Dr. Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers; Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Saudi Ambassador to Albania Abdulmomin Mohammed Sharaf.
