Egyptian Minister of Culture Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, opened today at the Egyptian Opera House, the first session of the First Cultural, Artistic Festival of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, under the theme of "One Nation, A Diversity of Cultures, Palestine in the Heart". The Festival aims at creating a positive image of the Islamic world, its culture and civilization. It also seeks to bring the cultures of the Islamic world closer, as well as to define the role and history of the Organization through interaction, which will be created by cultural activities.
