France Condemns Failed Iran Satellite Launch

France on Wednesday condemned a failed Iranian satellite launch and urged Tehran to stop all ballistic tests.
"The Iranian ballistic programme is a source of concern for the international community and France," France's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Agnes von der Muhll said in a statement.
