The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh welcomed in Medina today the 13th group of guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques's program for Umrah in this year 1440H, who completed their arrival in Medina from 8 countries of Africa: Ethiopia, Senegal, Comoros, Djibouti, Mali, South Africa, Nigeria and Uganda, including a number of Islamic figures from Africa. Dr. Al-Sheikh praised the program's activities since its inception in 1436H to date. The program has benefited 2803 participants, making one of the outstanding efforts of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to serve Muslims around the world. Dr. Al-Shaikh explained that the ministry supervises the program of the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and implements it to the highest standards that are suitable for these elites, which enjoy this kind hospitality, pointing out that the ministry focused on some countries and republics from the African continent in order to activate communication with the Islamic leaders.
