Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) headed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the 21st Session of Council of Arab Ministers of Tourism, which was held on Monday in Alexandria, Egypt, with participation of ministers and officials of tourism in Arab countries. SCTH President stressed that Arab cooperation in the field of tourism is the best Arab model for joint and effective cooperation, pointing out that the Arab countries recognized the importance of tourism as a major economic source and an important factor for providing employment opportunities and social, security and political stability. He pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking to attract tourists to see the Kingdom in its diversity and historical value, where it recently launched the tourist visa platform related to tourism and sports activities, in addition to the program of trips after Umrah, which offers touristic trips to visit the Kingdom's region for Umrah performers. He also said that The Hajj and Umrah visas are expected to reach 30 million visas.
