Saudi Taekwondo team ended yesterday its participation in the 24th World Military Taekwondo Championship 2018 hosted by the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro with the participation of 28 national teams. Saudi player Abdul-Ilah Asiri won the silver medal at the weight class of 54 kg after beating his contenders from Russia and China in the final matches. Saudi Player Hamad Al-Mabrouk won the bronze medal after defeating two players from Bulgaria and Ecuador in the final matches. On the occasion, Saudi Delegation's Chairman Brigadier Shaddad Al-Amri extended sincere congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense.
