His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense and President Beji Caid Essebsi of the Republic of Tunisia held a bilateral meeting, at Carthage Presidential Palace in Tunis, in the presence of the two countries' delegations. At the outset of the meeting, the President welcomed HRH the Crown Prince in his current visit to Tunisia. HRH the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the President, while the President asked HRH Crown Prince to convey greetings to the King. Then, HRH Crown Prince and Tunisian President held an expanded meeting, in the presence of the two countries' delegations. During the meeting, HRH Crown Prince and the President reviewed the Saudi-Tunisian relations in various fields and the promising opportunities to develop them, as well as the latest regional and international developments, and the exerted efforts towards them. The Tunisian President decorated HRH Crown Prince with the "Grand Order of the Republic" medal, in recognition of HRH Crown Prince's efforts in supporting and strengthening Saudi-Tunisian relations.
