Yanbu Commercial Port achieved a new record by handling 1.24 million tons of various types of general cargo during the 3rd quarter of 2018 compared to 557,000 tons for the same period of 2017 with an unprecedented increase by 124%. The port achieved record rates through handling (3.08) million tons during the last nine months of 2018 compared to (2.11) million tons for the same period in 2017, an increase of (46%). The management of the port is keen to maintain its development through attention to quality services being provided to meet the aspirations of Saudi Ports Authority "MAWANI" and the objectives of the vision of the Kingdom 2030. The port looks forward for more achievements by attracting new shipping lines to cope with the qualitative leap being witnessed at various levels and to highlight its economic position in the region.
