The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will organize on Thursday a symposium in which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reviews its experience in combating terrorism and violent extremism. The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince has a successful experience in facing and eradicating the sources of extremism and deviating thoughts. In this regard, he pointed out that the Kingdom has established specialized centers such as Ideological Warfare Center, Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology and Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Center for Moderation.
