His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense has sent a cable of congratulation to President Nguyen Phu Trong of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of being elected as his country's President.
In his cable, HRH the Crown Prince wished the President constant good health and happiness and the Vietnamese people steady progress and prosperity.
