Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Okaz newspaper in its editorial entitled ''November 4th, the breaking of Iran's bones'' wrote that the second package of United States' sanctions on Iran scheduled for November 4th will strike Iran's economy by turning back Tehran's oil and gas exports to zero, leading to further collapse in its local currency and preventing the flow of foreign capital to the country. The paper pointed out that there is no doubt that Iran's growing deterioration in the economy and domestic conditions will eventually lead to its isolation from the world, which the US administration is seeking through its new strategy to cripple its oil-based economy, force it to submit and abandon its nuclear and ballistic program, and stop its interventions in Syria, Yemen, Lebanon and Iraq. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial titled "The Kingdom, a pioneer in charitable works" said that the Kingdom announces the exemption of poor countries from debts totaling six billion riyals. The paper noted that according to previous data from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, the Kingdom ranked 7th largest country supporting humanitarian and relief works in the world, and Foreign aid provided by the Kingdom amounted to $ 84.7 billion between 1996 and 2018, which is 1.90% of the official development assistance of the Gross Domestic Product, which is higher than the United Nations Development Assistance Rate estimated at 0.70%.
