The Asian Paralympic Games "Jakarta 2018", which was held in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta on Oct. 6-13, ended today, with handing the flag to China to host the upcoming Asian Paralympic, in 2022. Saudi Arabia won 8 medals, two golds, three silver and three bronze medals, during the games, ranking the 19th among the Asian teams, with some 3,400 athletes and managers, representing 43 countries, competing and coaching, during the Paralympics. The Saudi delegation included 27 players representing 3 groups: athletics, weightlifting and wheelchairs teams.
