His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to Mohamed Halboussi, Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Iraqi Republic on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the Council of Representatives of the Republic of Iraq.
