His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to the Iraq's prime minister-designate Adel Abdul Mahdi on the occasion of his appointment to form the Iraqi government.
