His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President of Iraq Barham Salih on the occasion of his election as president of Iraq and on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for the President and the people of the brotherly Republic of Iraq.
