Finance Ministry: Closure of 7th local Sukuk offering under Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The Ministry of Finance announced that it has closed the seventh (07-2018) domestic Sukuk issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 3.465 billion..
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.100 billion and matures in 2023G.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 0.962 billion and matures in 2025G.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 0.403 billion and matures in 2028G.
