Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Li Huaxin has assured that the Kingdom, with its heritage, cultural, human and civilized stock, will be the first tourist destination worldwide, pointing out that the application of tourist visas for foreign delegations in the Kingdom will have a greater share of Chinese tourists, noting that 140 million Chinese tourists visited a number of countries, including Arab countries during last year. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) during a visit of a delegation of ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom to Taif Province and Souq Okaz, the Ambassador said that the steps being taken by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage are great and ambitious in developing tourism. The ambassador also said," When foreign visitors visit touristic sites in the Kingdom, they will be amazed by the sites' profound implications in human heritage and civilization".
