The United States of America today expressed its sincere condolences and sympathies to the families and friends of the two Saudi students Theeb Alyami and Jaser Alrakah after their death in Massachusetts state. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said in a press release issued today that "Drowning of the two young men who bravely tried to save two children from drowning is a perfect example for students from outside the United States, who enrich communities across the United States," commending their courage. "Theeb and Jaser were among the Saudi students studying in the United States of America and have reflected a greater international understanding and diverse perspectives on campus and US communities as well as in their country." She said.
