Following a successful surgery he underwent at Riyadh-based King Abdulaziz Medical City, an affiliate of the National Guard, Sheikh Dr. Hafez Mohammed Taher Mahmoud Al-Ashrafi, Chairman of Pakistan Ulema Council, forwarded thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, for the kind care they bestowed on him since his arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the successful surgery performed at the hospital. He appealed to Allah the Almighty to reward the monarch and his crown prince and preserve the Kingdom's leadership and people for the service it is rendering to Islam and Muslims all over the world. Al-Ashrafi also thanked Prince Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, the Minister of National Guard for his follow-up of his health. The minister visited Al-Ashrafi at the hospital to get reassured of his health following the operation.
