Saudi Basmah Al-Mayman Wins Position of Middle East Regional Manager of UNWTO

The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has chosen Basmah bint Abdulaziz Al-Mayman, nominee of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, as the UNWTO Middle East regional manager, the first time the position is occupied by a Saudi or GCC Countries official in the organization.
The selection of the Saudi candidate came after a fierce international competition.
