Saudi Ambassador to Tanzania, Mohammed bin Mansour Al-Malik, held on Sunday a Suhur (pre-dawn) banquet in Tanzanian capital Dar es Salaam in the honor of Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh and his accompanying delegation in the presence of a number of ambassadors and officials of Arab and Islamic countries . Ambassador Al-Malik expressed his happiness with the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the East African competition for the Holy Quran, which is seen as the largest competition for the Holy Quran in Africa, extending his thanks to the Tanzanian government represented by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tanzania Kassim Majaliwa and the Grand Mufti of Tanzania who attended to honor and encourage contestants, adding that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's participation came as a part of its great efforts in serving Islam and Muslims.
