HRH Crown Prince Congratulates Russian President on Victory Day

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on the anniversary of his country's Victory Day.
In his cable, HRH Crown Prince wished the President constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
