Minister of Culture and Information and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM) Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, opened on Monday evening "VOX Cinemas" at Riyadh Park Complex. On this occasion, Dr. Al-Awwad said, "Today, we are delighted to activate the second license for movie theatres in the Kingdom through VOX Cinemas, as this shows that the Saudi market is promising and attractive to all and a demand for international movie theater companies". He pointed out that this competition will provide more entertainment options and alternatives for citizens, and will effectively contribute to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), supporting the national economy and providing many jobs.
