His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia patronized here yesterday the launch of the project of Motiva, a subsidiary fully owned by Saudi Aramco, for petrochemicals at giant Port Arthur Refinery in United States of America. The ceremony included a welcoming speech delivered by Saudi Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Engineer Khaled Al-Falih. Two memorandums of understanding were signed: the first one on studying investment at ethylene complex in Motiva signed by Saudi Aramco Chief Executive Officer Engineer Amin Al-Nasser and Technip fmc President Stan Knez, and the second one on studying investment at Petrochemical Complex (Aromatics) in Motiva signed by Saudi Aramco Chief Executive Officer Engineer Amin Al-Nasser and Honeywell President and Chief Executive Officer Rebecca Liebert. HRH witnessed Aramco celebration of the first generation of its employees, including the company's first top executives, who embody human relations between Saudi and American peoples. The ceremony was attended by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America and the official delegation accompanying HRH Crown Prince.
