On the sidelines of the current state visit of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, to the United States of America, the Saudi General Authority for Culture has organized the Saudi Cultural Days in a number of American universities in Los Angeles. The events, which were held over two consecutive days and concluded yesterday, witnessed a significant presence of students attending American universities, where they offered Arabic coffee and dates to highlight the hospitality of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, a number of American universities in Los Angeles had dedicated cinemas to screen short films produced and written by young Saudis in the presence of New York Film Academy President, and a number of prominent figures in film production. A number of Saudi filmmakers expressed happiness at this opportunity, stressing that this initiative will open new horizons for them to benefit from the views of filmmakers in the United States of America and enhance their talents to produce films that reflect the real reality and good image of Saudi society.
