The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Cuba, Faisal bin Musallat Al-Mandeil, led a delegation in the 23rd Ministerial Conference of the Caribbean Community on the island of Margarita, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an observer member of the Community.
