Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al Sawah said that the fourth industrial revolution we are witnessing today will be a key factor in realizing the vision of the Kingdom 2030. He added that it requires everyone to formulate new work models and implementation mechanisms under the new rules of global competitiveness which is based on moving from focusing on assets and expertise to total reliance on new fuel which are data, artificial intelligence and building the new engine, youth and pioneering. The minister's remarks came during the launch of the new strategy's directions with the participation of the ministry's officials and employees, in addition to a group of experts, specialists and leaders of the IT sector in the Kingdom. A ceremony was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh on Monday on the occasion.
