United Arab Emirates has appreciated its selection as guest of honor of the Riyadh International Book Fair, which will be patronized from 14 to 24 March, 2018 by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center under the theme "The Book is Future of Transformation" . UAE Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development Noura Al-Kaabi affirmed that the selection of United Arab Emirates as guest of honor of this exhibition reflects the deep-rooted and long-standing ties between the two countries in various fields, especially cultural, intellectual and literary fields. She pointed out that this step will enhance the exerted efforts in promoting the cultural and literary action between the two brotherly countries by presenting various artistic and literary works in one of the most important book fairs in the region. It deserves mentioning that the Riyadh International Book Fair is one of the largest cultural events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and best-selling among Arab exhibitions. It will include more than 500 Arab and international publishing houses as well more than 80 cultural events, according to organizers.
