Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Patronize 32nd Janadria Festival and Annual Grand Camel Race on Next Wednesday

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will patronize on next Wednesday the opening ceremony of the National Festival for Heritage and Culture (32nd Janadria), organized by the Ministry of the National Guard, in addition to the annual grand camel race.
During a press conference held today at the headquarters of the National Guard Ministry, Prince Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Ayaf, Minister of the National Guard and Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the National Festival for Heritage and Culture, highlighted the activities and programs of the festival, in presence of Indian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs K. Singh whose country will serve as this year's guest of honor of Al-Janadriya festival.
Prince Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Ayaf thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his patronage of this national event. Prince Khaled announced the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' approval of extending the festival's duration to three weeks.
He has also lauded His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, for the great support he renderes for the fields of heritage and culture.
"The Republic of India is the guest of honor in this national festival", the Minister of National Guard announced.
He also announced that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud approved to grant King Abdulaziz First Medal to the following cultural figures: late Prince Saud Al-Faisal; late Turki Al-Sudairy and Dr. Khairiah Al-Saqaf for their great national efforts.
The Chairman of Janadria Supreme Committee thanked the governors of regions for their cooperation, lauding the Ministry of Culture and Information and all media institutions.
For his part, the Indian Minister thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for choosing India as the guest of honor, lauding the strategic and strong relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of India.
He affirmed that this participation will raise relations between the two countries to new and higher levels.
