Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) Eng. Ibrahim bin Abdurrahman Al-Omar has met here with Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cohen Group William Cohen who is currently visiting the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia to explore the investment in the Kingdom and the most important available opportunities and fields for US companies in the Saudi market. During the meeting, they discussed the history of bilateral relations between the two countries and volume of the economic, investment and commercial interests between the two countries. In a related context, the SAGIA Governor also has met with Vice President of US Chamber of Commerce for Middle East Affairs Khush Choksy and his accompanying delegation. They reviewed the most important activities and events being prepared between the two sides during 2018. It is worth mentioning that the volume of US investments during 2017 amounted to SR 426,710,000 while the volume of US investment licenses reaching 16 US projects registered with SAGIA during the same year.
