Jordan's Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi met here today with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. During the meeting, they discussed the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, as well as the financial crisis facing the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). Safadi and Guterres also discussed the U.S. decision over Jerusalem, where Safadi briefed the world body chief on the outcome of the meeting of the Arab ministerial team tasked with following up on the repercussions of a US decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital and move the American embassy to the city, Petra reported.
