His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Raul Castro Ruz of the Republic of Cuba on the anniversary of his country's Liberation Day.
In his cable, HRH Crown Prince wished the President constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
