Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled "Awareness is our weapon'' said that day after day, security forces have proven their efficiency in dealing with all terrorist acts in a professional manner recognized internationally, noting that citizens became more aware of the plots being waged against their country by states and organizations harnessing their intelligence and media tools to promote the ideas of extremist groups and influence the Saudi society. Al-Yaum newspaper commented on Iran, saying that Iran stands behind terrorist acts that took place in the Kingdom, Bahrain and Kuwait, noting that the Iranian regime is still tampering with the stability, security and sovereignty of Gulf and Arab states. Okaz newspaper commented on Yemen, saying it is quite clear that the balance of power in Yemen is being tilted towards Arab coalition forces, the national army forces of the legitimate government and the Popular Congress Party of former President Ali Abdullah Saleh, noting that coupists days are numbered due to the popular rejection of their presence and the collapse of their strongholds successively throughout Yemen.
