Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah and his accompanying delegation participated yesterday in a ceremony organized by Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters at the Kremlin headquarters in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to the Russian Federation Dr. Raed bin Khalid Qarmli. On the sidelines of the ceremony, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah met with Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov and discussed with him ways of cooperation between the Center and the Russian Emergency Ministry in the areas of humanitarian relief and aid, explaining the Center's efforts in the field of humanitarian work including 39 countries around the world, particularly Yemen.
