HRH Crown Prince Congratulates Chairman of Libyan Presidential Council on Independence Day

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to the Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya and Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord Fayez Mustafa Al-Sarraj on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the Libyan Chairman permanent good health and his people steady progress and prosperity.
