Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud made a telephone call to the President of the United States Donald Trump. During the call, the US president condemned the attempt by the Huthi militia to target the city of Riyadh with a ballistic missile. He condemned this criminal attempt, which was a blatant attack on the kingdom's sovereignty and targeted a populated area. He asserted the stand of the US with the kingdom in confronting threats to its national security. They also discussed the measures to implement the relevant Security Council resolutions, hold the Iranian regime accountable for its aggressive actions and supplying its Huthi militia with missiles to threaten the security and stability of the kingdom and the countries of the region. The two leaders stressed the need to support all relief and humanitarian operations in order to alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.
