United States Ambassador to United Nations Nikki Haley said that the missile launched by Houthis on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has indicated the launching of previous attacks using weapons provided by Iran, demanding the United Nation Security Council to move forward in this regard. She said, "Judging Iran by the narrow confines of the nuclear deal misses the true nature of the threat. Iran must be judged in totality of its destructive and unlawful behavior", urging the UN Security Council to consider a wide range of Iran's "destabilizing" actions in the Middle East. Haley accused Tehran of fomenting terrorism in Lebanon and Yemen, firing ballistic missiles counter to the spirit of the historic nuclear deal, noting that that the Security Council may tighten conditions contained in its resolution or adopt a new resolution banning Iran from all activities related to ballistic missiles. The United States Ambassador to United Nations said we can discuss imposing sanctions on Iran in response to its clear violations of the arms embargo on Yemen and we can hold the Iranian Revolutionary Guard responsible for its violations of a number of Security Council resolutions.
