The Yemeni Minister of Local Administration, Head of Higher Committee for Relief Abdul Raqib Fatah, has confirmed large numbers of displaced residents of the capital Sana'a and neighboring provinces under the control of Houthi militias had fled to areas of the legitimate government. In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency, he said that the displacement came to escape Houthi militias' brutality against their opponents.
