The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in collaboration with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Inter-faith and Inter-cultural Dialogue and support from the Religions for Peace/Interreligious Council of Thailand, Mahidol University and Fatoni University, will organize a 2-day conference on Interreligious Dialogue, in South and Southeast Asia Regions, on 18-20 December, in Bangkok, Thailand, Emirates' news agency WAM, reported. As many as 70 participants representing religious and civil society leaders, academics, policy makers and intellectuals from Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore, and Malaysia, are set to discuss means of fostering religious and cultural coexistence, in the two regions, in order to promote better understanding and mutual respect, among different peoples, in the two regions.
