The Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense met with President Emmanuel Macron of the Republic of France immediately upon his arrival here late yesterday evening on a visit to the Kingdom. During the meeting, they reviewed the Saudi-French relations, the strategic partnership between the two countries and discussed opportunities to further develop bilateral cooperation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. They also discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and the efforts being exerted for the security and stability of the region, including joint coordination in the fight against terrorism. The French president expressed France's condemnation of targeting Riyadh city by a ballistic missile launched by Al-Houthi coup militias, stressing France's stand and solidarity with the Kingdom. The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Adel Ahmed Al-Jubeir and a number of officials.
