Nawaf al-Maliki wins gold of world Karate, Sanad Sofyani wins bronze medal

16-year-old Saudi junior karate player Nawaf al-Maliki today won the gold medal at the 10th World Karate Championship for young and under 21, hosted by the Spanish city of Tenerife with the participation of 161 countries.
His teammate Sanad Sofyani, a junior player under 75 kg, won the bronze medal.
