The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has affirmed the need to give developing countries more freedom to develop their development programs according to their national priorities and the specific conditions of each country in line with the vision of the United Nations for sustainable development 2030, noting the need to take into account religious, social, cultural and economic factors of each country. In the speech of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday at the United Nations during the general discussion on the item of social development 28 within the work of the 3rd Social, Human and Cultural Committee at the 72nd session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, the second secretary of the Permanent Delegation of the Kingdom to the United Nations Mohammed Al-Qadhi stressed the importance of the development of society, and investment in human beings in various areas of development, especially in education and health, emanating from the belief that a human being is the nucleus and the key of development.
