The Yemeni Coalition for Monitoring Violations confirmed that the coup militias used the money they plundered from the Yemeni people in fueling strife and conflict, and spending on feeding the problems of a desire to return to power. A member of the Yemeni Coalition for monitoring violations Fouad Mohamed in his speech before the 36 session of the United Nations Human Rights Council that Yemen today is steeped in the displacement and blood and successive violations of human rights and the reason for that a lot of looted corruption funds that made Yemeni people lacks education, health, electricity, water, food and many of the rights that people enjoy in all countries of the world. The Coalition called on the Human Rights Council to work to restore the funds for reconstruction after the war caused by the Al-Houthi and ousted Saleh militias.
