Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper wrote about Qatar, saying the whole world knows that the correct and rational decision of anti-terrorism four countries to sever their relations with Doha is a natural result of the practices of Qatari politicians implicated in mistakes by supporting terrorist organizations with money, media and political support, adding these practices do not only damage Doha, but they inflict the greatest damage to the GCC countries and also to the region and Islamic countries. Al-Riyadh newspaper wrote about Saudi efforts to combat terrorism, saying the international recognition of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts in the fight against terrorism has never come as a courtesy or a diplomatic speech for the sake of praise, but it has been the result of concrete efforts in thwarting many terrorist operations which have benefited the East and the West. Okaz newspaper commented on Qatar, saying as we seek a solution that strengthens the global peace and preserves the security of the region, we affirm that the position of the countries calling for combating terrorism is firm and decisive because it is based on real and logical foundations and documented information.
